Cancellation policy 

Akaal Spinal Flow is committed to providing high-quality services and values the time and commitment of our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments or services. 

Applicability: This policy applies to all services provided by Akaal Spinal Flow within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.

1. Notice Period 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment or service, clients must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice before the scheduled start time. 
 

2. How to Cancel 

Cancellations can be made through the following methods: 

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows 

 Late Cancellations: If a client cancels with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the cost of the appointment. 

No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% will be charged. 
 

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Clients are encouraged to contact Akaal Spinal Flow as soon as possible to discuss their situation. 
 

5. Refunds

Refunds for all services will be issued as follows:

  • Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. 

  • For late cancellations, please refer to point 4 of this policy. 

  • No-Shows: No refund will be issued. 

Packages – we do not offer refunds on purchased packages. These must be booked and used within 6 months of the purchase date.


6. Late arrival 

Out of respect for our clients and to maintain the schedule, sessions for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honoured at our discretion. It is likely that the session will be either shortened or considered a no-show. 

7. Policy Changes


Akaal Spinal Flow reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance via email. 

By scheduling an appointment or booking a service with Akaal Spinal Flow, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.

Liability Clause

Applicability: This liability clause applies to all healing services provided by Akaal Spinal Flo

1. Acknowledgment of Services

By participating in any Spinal Flow Technique healing session provided by Akaal Spinal Flow, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability clause. 


2. Nature of Services

Spinal Flow healing services offered by Akaal Spinal Flow are designed to promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being. These services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment or advice. 


3. No Guarantees


Akaal Spinal Flow makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the efficacy or outcomes of Spinal Flow healing sessions. Individual experiences and results may vary.

 
4. Medical Disclaimer


Clients should not discontinue any medical treatments or therapies prescribed by licensed medical professionals. Spinal Flow healing is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. 

5. Assumption of Risk


By participating in Spinal Flow healing sessions, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with these services. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, and psychological effects. 


6. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akaal Spinal Flow, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the participation in Spinal Flow healing sessions. This includes any injuries, losses, or damages, whether physical, emotional, psychological, or otherwise. 


7. Client Responsibility


Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or other relevant health information prior to the commencement of any Spinal Flow healing session. Akaal Spinal Flow is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the failure to disclose such information. 

You agree to attend your appointment on time. If You arrive late, your session may be shortened or considered a no-show.

You must follow any aftercare advice provided by us to maximise the benefits of the Spinal Flow treatment.  


8. Indemnification


Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akaal Spinal Flow, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in energy healing sessions.


9. Governing Law


This liability clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or related to this clause shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. 


10. Acceptance of Terms


By scheduling and participating in any Spinal Flow healing session with Akaal Spinal Flow, clients acknowledge that they have read and fully understand this liability clause and agree to be bound by its terms.
